Opting out of marketing email does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to a request or manage an existing appointment or service relationship.

Google Ads Measurement

We use Google Ads to measure whether certain advertisements result in appointments being booked or attended. For this limited measurement, we may send Google the Google Click Identifier (GCLID) associated with the ad interaction, the applicable booked or attended conversion event, the event time, and a generated identifier used to prevent duplicate reporting. We do not send Google names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment details, form responses, or other customer-provided personal information as part of this measurement. Enhanced Conversions for Leads are not used for this process. Google may use the GCLID and conversion event to measure advertising performance in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policies. You may contact us using the information in this Privacy Policy if you want us to stop future offline conversion reporting associated with your inquiry.

Meta Pixel, Advertising, and Campaign Landing Pages

Some Vital Glow campaign landing pages use Meta Pixel or related Meta advertising technologies. These tools may collect or receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, page views, interactions with an advertisement or campaign landing page, and conversion events. Certain Meta-connected lead forms or integrations may also transmit information you submit, such as contact information or service interest, to Meta as part of lead processing, advertising measurement, attribution, or campaign optimization. Please avoid entering sensitive clinical details into general advertising or inquiry forms. Meta’s collection and use of information is also governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy practices. The presence of advertising technology on a public landing page does not replace or modify any separate privacy obligations that may apply to clinical information maintained by Vital Glow.

Our website and certain campaign landing pages may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate site features, maintain security, understand website usage, and measure advertising performance. We do not currently offer customer login accounts through vitalglow-restore-temp.bwpsites.com, so the website does not use account-login cookies for patient or customer accounts. When Vital Glow creates, receives, maintains, or transmits information in connection with providing health care and that information qualifies as protected health information under HIPAA, our use and disclosure of that information may be governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices rather than solely by this Website Privacy Policy. We retain website and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, managing communications, maintaining business records, protecting the security of our systems, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the service provider involved, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Information maintained as part of a patient’s clinical record may be subject to separate medical-record retention requirements and our Notice of Privacy Practices. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal obligations and routine backup or archival processes.
